What's behind America's generational divide on Israel's war in Gaza?

Polls point out {that a} rising variety of younger Individuals are siding with the Palestinians and criticizing Israel.

Successive US administrations throughout the political divide have supported Israel since its creation in 1948.

However polls recommend that public assist for Israel in the US now seems to be declining, particularly amongst younger individuals.

A Pew Analysis examine two years in the past confirmed that solely 41 % of the 18-29 age group had a good view of Israel.

And plenty of college students from that technology at the moment are protesting on faculty campuses in opposition to the struggle in Gaza, which has killed almost 35,000 Palestinians.
