The 72-year-old writer Juraj Tsintula, who attempted to assassinate Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fitzow, was released from pre-trial detention on May 15. he asks.
It should be noted that Tsintula is appealing to the Slovak Supreme Court against the lower court that ordered his pretrial detention. The writer explained his request by saying that his bedridden wife was waiting for him at home and crying.
According to experts’ forecast, the accused’s request will be rejected because the crime committed by the writer is classified as a terrorist act.
Fitso was wounded in an assassination attempt in Gandlova, underwent several operations, and returned to active duty in July.
