For information, currently there are about 42,000 apartment buildings in the republic, 30,795 of them (73 percent) were built before 1991, of which 1,032 require technical inspection, 223 are seismically identified as weak buildings and structures.
Therefore, on the basis of renewal, it is necessary to update (renovate) the objects of the housing stock from an architectural, economic, social and ecological point of view, it is stated in the project.
