JALALABAD (Afghanistan): Nearly 9,500 candidates appeared for the Kankor examination at a university in the eastern province of Nangarhar, an official said on Thursday.
The investigation began early Thursday morning and continued for three hours. Except for 12Thursday some students take the class from the age of 14Thursday class also participated.
Mawlavi Moalem Ahmad Haqqani, Chief Administrative Officer of the National Examination Authority said that full preparation has been made for the successful and transparent conduct of the Kankor examination.
Some people aged 51, 55 and 60 also took part in the investigation.
Director of Nangarhar University of Education Mufti Habib Hazrat Haqqani said that in the past few years, most of the problems faced by the students of the schools have been solved, the education system has improved and he hoped that the applicants will be able to pass the test and enroll in the faculties of their choice. .
Nangarhar University students also described the Kakor examination process as positive and asked the officials to pay more attention to transparency and order within the three days.
Sabirullah, one of the Kankor participants, asked the officials to ensure fairness and transparency in the outcome of the Kankor process.
