HAMAMATSU, Japan – After a brief retirement, Suzuki Motor has returned to motorcycle racing with the goal of accelerating the development of carbon-neutral technologies and their application in automobiles and marine outboards.
“Your performance was too perfect,” president Toshihiro Suzuki told the team’s riders after they finished eighth in the Suzuka 8 Hours endurance race in Mie Prefecture as the sun set on a scorching hot July 21.
