LAHORE: The LDA Board in its second meeting presided over by LDA Vice Chairman Mian Marghoob Ahmed on Friday approved the recovery of development charges at new rates from defaulters allotted in the first and second rounds of LDA city polls after giving them a two-month deadline to make payments as per the old rates.
An extension of one year has been granted to the installment schedule for defaulters of commercial plots and file holders in Jinnah Sector, LDA City.
The powers to decide the terms and conditions of sale of new plots in Jinnah sector, LDA town have been given to the supervisory committee and approval has been given for special land charges on a uniform pattern as per DC rates.
