For the academic year 2024/25, the 2nd stage of admission to bachelor’s degrees of higher education institutions, i.e. the process of selecting higher education institutions and educational areas, is completed.
According to the admission procedure, the final results should be announced within 1 week – by August 17.
In the first stage, on July 14-26, more than 737 thousand applicants took part in the tests. Their results were announced the day after the tests. After the exams, applicants were given time from July 27 to August 11 to choose a college and course.
This year, for the first time, applicants chose where and in what direction they would study based on the new procedure after the exam.
After the exams ended, it was revealed that 47% of the applicants did not even reach the minimum score of 56.7 points required for admission, which caused much discussion.
